Situated in a small and securely gated community with mature gardens with a communal pool and underground private parking, the apartment is not overlooked and has lovely views of the mountains that surround the village of Benahavis. Located just on the edge of the actual casco (village), it is only 5 minutes´ walk from the centre where you will find an array of restaurants and bars which draws people from all over the coast to come and savour the delights of Andalusian and European foods.

The apartment itself has three double bedrooms, one en-suite and two of the bedrooms have balconies with lovely views.

Each bedroom has ample fitted storage cupboards, neatly positioned in the rooms, leaving ample room for at least two single or double beds. A further bathroom shared with two bedrooms and a guest toilet at the entrance. It has a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining utility area overlooking the mountains.

It has a spacious living/dining area with an open fire and patio doors on to a covered terrace with BBQ and lovely views over the garden, pool and beyond to the river and mountains.It comes with air conditioning (heat and cold) (although with the position of the doors/windows, allowing a breeze to flow through the apartment in the height of summer months, you really don´t need it).

There is an entry-phone from security gates, to ensure safety and entrance to the underground car park is through a fob-entry via iron gates to an allocated space. The car park is very spacious and each apartment has its own large lockable storage room right next to the parking space. Access to the apartment - situated on the 2nd floor - is via stairs or a lift direct to the front door.

This is a quiet urbanisation. It is maintained to a very high standard and has own gardener to maintain the delightful gardens. It has its own well, so whilst other areas of the coast may be having water shortages, the supply is never interrupted.

Management fees are very reasonable and have remained at the same level for the past 3 years. Benahavis as a region of natural beauty and as an Ayuntamiento is extremely well maintained as one will see from visiting the village.
Lagebeschreibung
Benahavis, to those of you who haven´t visited it, is 7 kilometres from the sea and main coast road between San Pedro de Alcantara and Estepona. For airport access it is equidistant between Malaga and Gibraltar airports..
